Commitment to Honest & Sustainable Chocolate

Being from Belgium and having the highest respect for this magical substance, for all my chocolate creations, I exclusively use 100% Callebaut Belgian Chocolate.

Callebaut has been making the finest Belgian Chocolate since it was founded in 1911. Over 100 years later I am proud to be using this chocolate, not only because if its Belgian heritage but also because, I truly believe Callebaut’s chocolate brings out the best of the cocoa bean’s flavour.

This is for many reasons, but primarily:

Using Callebaut Belgian chocolate guarantees the chocolate that is made from certified sustainable, fairtrade & traceable cocoa, as well as supporting farmers via the Cocoa Horizons Foundation and protecting the environment via the Rainforest Alliance.

This preserves cocoa for generations to come, protects nature and ensures all the chocolate we enjoy works to improve the livelihoods of cocoa farmers & their communities.

All packaging uses recycled materials wherever possible.

0% plastic parts. Many manufacturers use plastic inserts to hold the chocolates, there are no plastic pieces in Éléments Chocolats’ packaging. Anything we can do to reduce plastic waste is a boost for ourselves & for nature.
